A truly distinctive facet of being a Media, Culture, and Communication major at NYU is the opportunity to participate in one or several meaningful internships during the academic year. Most non-NYU students who want work experience in New York City must work during the summer when they are not at their home school and when internships are sparse. Conversely, our students go to class in the morning during the fall or spring semester and then work at an internship in the afternoons, typically two or three days a week.
Below are several examples of where our students have recently interned. Many companies and organizations list internship and job opportunities through their web sites. Visit the companies' career sites for information on how to inquire about or apply to their current opportunities.
