Upon graduation you'll be well prepared for a career as an applied statistician and data scientist in the private or public sector in fields such as: psychology, education, political science, applied economics, public policy, health and healthcare, and media research. Or you can choose to pursue doctoral study.
Each year, we award $6 million in tuition scholarships to Steinhardt master’s students, which are determined by merit and financial need. These scholarships, combined with loans and student employment, help both full- and part-time students afford the cost of a graduate education. Applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and who complete their Free Application for Student Aid on time will be considered for financial aid.
