For Participants

Welcome to the Chicago School Readiness Project (CSRP)!

The project began back in 2004-2005 to evaluate how your child’s preschool can structure a supportive environment for learning. Often, success is measured in terms of your child’s academic skills. We think those skills are very important, but we are also interested in your child’s social, emotional, and behavioral skills. This project gives us the chance to learn about the best ways to assess children’s skills in these other areas, as well. We are very lucky to have continued the study for over 10 years, and are very luck to have you in the study! Your continued participation will help us find out if programs like CSRP can help improve children’s interpersonal relationships, school performance, and college/career readiness, all the way through childhood and adolescence.

We are continuing the study this year!

Do we have your current contact information so we can provide you with this year's survey and gift cards? Please click here to keep us updated on how to reach you.
