Kate Landon joins IESP as a Research Assistant. She graduated from Rutgers College in 2004 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. While an undergraduate, she worked in a variety of positions in the field of bilingual education and spent a year studying social sciences at the University of Puerto Rico's Rio Piedras campus. After graduating, she worked as Program Director and then Executive Director of the New Haven/Leon Sister City Project, as well as an AmeriCorps Program Director at Leadership, Education, and Athletics in Partnership . She currently is a full-time MPA candidate at NYU's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, and is specializing in Public Policy Analysis. She has also interned at The White House Project, Hispanics In Philanthropy, and New York Philanthropy.
