Jennifer Sallman bio

Jennifer Sallman is a Research Assistant at IESP, where her studies focus on the impact of small high schools on student outcomes in the NYC public school system. She is currently a full-time Master's in Public Administration candidate at NYU's Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, and is specializing in Public Policy Analysis. She graduated from Emory University in 2005 with a M.S./B.S. in organic chemistry. After graduation, Jennifer joined Teach For America (TFA) and taught seventh grade science in the South Bronx. Upon completion of her TFA commitment, she entered business management consulting. Since early 2009, she has been a research assistant and intern in NYU's Economics Department and at IESP.
