Rafael Parente
Rafael Parente received his Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with minor in Publicity and Marketing from UniCEUB in 2001. He received a Master of Science in Educational Supervision and Administration from PACE University in 2006. His current research focuses on public-private partnerships and the democratization of education in Brazil. He is interested in education reform, educational leadership, the work of NGOs and foundations in education, and South American educational systems.
