Introducing: Health Policy Coach

The California Center for Health Improvement is pleased to introduce
HEALTH POLICY COACH, a new on-line resource for people seeking to improve community health through prevention-focused policy change.
The site provides peer-reviewed, searchable health policies arranged under the five broad determinants of health:
ˇ Healthcare
ˇ Education
ˇ Safety
ˇ Work
ˇ Environment
In addition, the site offers "how-to" information and coaching resources
for individuals and groups interested in effecting policy change in their
communities. We invite you to explore the site at:

HEALTH POLICY COACH presents effective prevention-focused policies at the federal, state and local level, and provides nonpartisan information and a network of policy coaches to help you transform ideas into action.
