New Legislative Update

The American College Health Association will be posting regular updates to its website about legislative issues that may affect college health. The
latest legislative update is a transition update about the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services and Department of Education (Jan. 3, 2001).

Updates of selected legislative issues have been provided to ACHA as a member of the Consortium on Government Relations for Student Affairs by its Washington Counsel, C. Randall Nuckolls of Long Aldridge & Norman, LLP Attorneys at Law. Other members of this new consortium are: The American College Personnel Association (ACPA), the Association of Student Judicial Affairs (ASJA), the Association of College Unions-International (ACUI), and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA).
