Become a Department Representative
Department Representatives are the link between GSO and students in each Steinhardt academic department. Their two major responsibilities are to attend the monthly Graduate Student Town Hall Meetings to relay what is going on in the department, and, more importantly, to tell us how we can better serve students in their department! Department Reps are also responsible for determining the use of dedicated department funds. These funds can be used to further professional development or foster community within each department.
