This advanced art and business education program is for professionals working in the global visual arts arena. The program is a unique collaboration between NYU Steinhardt, Deusto Business School in Bilbao, Spain, and The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
Global practices in arts administration are constantly undergoing profound transformations as a result ofadvances in technology, access to information, funding systems, management practices, and changing audiences. The International Leadership Program in Visual Arts Management offers a global scope and local knowledge of markets, a high level forum for debate, discussion, and engagement with an international network of senior practitioners and experts, and the opportunity for international networking. Within this unique environment, participants develop their understanding and skills in leading and managing visual arts organizations in a way that is transferable to their own contexts and organizations.

Prior communication training is not required for this Institute.
