How do I apply?

  1. Freshman Applicants: You must complete an application from the Undergraduate Admissions Office. For more information you can visit their web site here:. http://admissions.nyu.edu/

  2. External transfer: You must complete a transfer application from the Undergraduate Admissions Office. For more information you can visit their web site here: http://admissions.nyu.edu/applying_for_admission/index.php?page=overview&category=transfer

  3. Internal transfer: You must complete an internal transfer application from the Undergraduate Admissions Office. For more information you can visit their web site here:. http://admissions.nyu.edu/applying_for_admission/index.php?page=internal_transfers&category=transfer

  4. Change of major: You need to submit:
    • a cover letter stating your interest in transferring to this program
    • an official transcript from NYU
    • a brief personal statement (1-2 pages) explaining why you want to change majors
    • one letter of recommendation
