Current board member: Committee on Museum Professional Training (COMPT), a standing committee of the American Association of Museums: Association of Arts Administration Educators (AAAE); Vice President of Landmark West!, an historic preservation advocacy organization.  Drafted and facilitated adoption of COMPT’s standards and best practices guidelines and served on the standards working group for AAAE.  Recent presentation topics include museum professional education programs, museum salaries, advocacy training, the public value of the arts, and competencies and standards for museum professionals.
