Brann J. Wry is the director of the Performing Arts Administration Program, cooperative program of the School of Education and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He has directed the program since 1976. He has also served as executive director of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, president of the Coalition for the Arts and Humanities of New Jersey, president of the Association of Arts Administration Educators, president of the Princeton Ballet, and trustee of several nonprofit boards. In addition, he has consulted for the Rockefeller Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, among others. He has been a panelist for several grantmaking organizations, and frequently facilitates meetings and negotiations. For nine years, he was an executive editor of the Journal of Arts Management and the Law; and has contributed articles to that journal as well as the European Journal of Cultural Policy. He is permanent guest lecturer at the Utrecht School of the Arts' Centre for Arts & Media Management; and holds memberships in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal, the District of Columbia, and the New Jersey Bar.
