Alicia Morrison, an alumna of the Communicative Sciences and Disorders Department at New York University, serves as a Master Clinician supervising and instructing graduate students during their on campus clinical practicum for pediatric and adult populations. She has worked as an Adjunct Professor at NYU for the past four years teaching specialized elective courses in the graduate program. Her clinical career includes NYU Langone Medical Center-RUSK Institute as a senior therapist for eight years on the pediatric rehabilitation unit. Her expertise includes pediatric neurogenics, TBI, brain tumor resection, seizure disorder, tracheostomy, cleft palate, pediatric feeding, and augmentative and alternative communication. She also worked as a Speech Pathologist at the Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind youth and adults and is fluent in American Sign Language. She holds ASHA certification, New York State licensure, and is a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities.
