FAQ

• For State Licensure, which portion of the application does NYU fill out?
  The department fills out Form 2 of the State Licensure application.
• What process does the State Licensure Form go through after the department gets it?
  After we complete the form, it is sent to the registrar for the school seal to be affixed, and then it is sent out DIRECTLY to the state. We DO NOT send it back to you.
• My degree is not conferred as of yet. Can I still send in my State Licensure Form to NYU?

  You may send in your State Licensure Form, however we CANNOT complete it until your degree is conferred.
