Examines youths? experiences with stigma, prejudice, harassment & violence based on sexual orientation & gender role expression. Explores ways mental health professionals can counsel youth to reduce their psychosocial stress related to coming out & discrimination, & to enhance pscyhosocial well-being in forming sexual & gender identities.
