IWOLP '12

New York, NY

July 18-20, 2012

Co-sponsored by NYU College of Arts and Science, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development, and the National Science Foundation

The Departments of Communicative Sciences and Disorders, Linguistics and Psychology at New York University are pleased to announce the 7th International Workshop on Language Production (IWOLP '12). The workshop is dedicated to fostering an interdisciplinary approach to language production research by including work in areas such as psycholinguistics, cognitive neuropsychology, CSD, linguistics, computational modelling, and neuroimaging. As with previous workshops in the series, the meeting will be organized around tutorial-like talks intended to provide a review of research questions and stimulate discussion. The workshop program also includes poster sessions to offer graduate students and others the opportunity to showcase their most recent findings.

IWOLP '12 will also host a special NSF-funded session addressing Cognitive, Computational and Neural Constraints on Language Processing, involving several top scholars whose work relates to language production.

We look forward to seeing you in 2012!
