Around NYC: Arts Education - to what end?
New York University is located at the heart of the bustling Greenwich Village area of downtown Manhattan. Within a short walking distance of the Washington Square campus are numerous restaurants, bars and cinemas. We are also located a ten-minute walk from the shopping and gallery districts of SoHo and Nolita, a fifteen-minute walk from the Lower East Side and Chinatown, and a short subway ride away from Times Square and Central Park.
