Current CCTOP Students

Our goal at CCTOP is not just to help you get into NYU, but to help you get out of NYU. We want you to enjoy your experience, keep everything running as smoothly as possible, and graduate successfully!

New incoming students should check out our guide for getting started. Procedures, processes and expectations are all explained.

For all NYU Students, the Steinhardt Office of Student Affairs has compiled a page of links for every office you could possibly need; bookmark it, and never search the website again!

Meeting with the Director

Every semester, new incoming students are required to meet with the program director around mid-term, to check in and make sure that everything is on track.  All CCTOP students are encouraged to drop in and ask questions, or just say hello!  There are anywhere from 160-200 CCTOP students enrolled at any one time, however, and the Director travels to the partner community colleges quite a bit, so making an appointment is definitely the easiest way to see him.  Current NYU students can go here to sign up for an appointment, and don't forget- on the home CCTOP page is the Director's calendar, so you can see when he's around.

Giving Back and Sharing the Experience!

The Director of CCTOP makes numerous visits to the partner schools every semester, for transfer fairs, presentations and workshops. If you'd like to visit your former campus, or you'd like to set something up with a former club or organization you were involved in please contact us! Your success is your accomplishment, but it's a source of pride for your community college and a source of inspiration for many of those who will follow you. Help us share that!

How about grad school?

If you're interested in pursuing a graduate degree, make sure to check out the Steinhardt Graduate Admissions page, and more importantly, the Next Step Scholarship, available to CCTOP graduates only!
