Planning & Communications
Department planning, calendar, student exhibition program in the Commons and Rosenberg Galleries, public events, student events, website, fundraising, internal communications, and external promotion. Adviser for all student clubs. Liaison with NYU Development, Public Affairs, and Marketing.

Sean Carney
Internships, Artist Resources, and Grants Administrator
Internship in Art Course: one-on-one graduate and undergraduate student advisement. Internship/job posting. Liaison with prospective internship sponsors and employers. Information on grants, awards and residencies as well as technical assistance for students and faculty including review of grant applications, research, and other forms of support.

Ken Castronuovo
Department Administrator
Administration, finance & budget questions, faculty appointments, administrative technology, purchase approvals, and honoraria requests.

Damien Davis
Administrative Aide
Grading, class lists and current enrollment, emergency class cancellations, syllabi, course descriptions and evaluations. Administrative support for Arts Professions. 

Dustin Foster
Digital Labs Manager
Supervises all operations of studios including scheduling, staffing, user assistance, software management, hardware integriy, and planning for future needs.

Sarah Gill
Studio Operations Administrator
Oversee operations, maintenance, and improvements to all art department Facilities. Building questions or issues--general facilities, telecom and ITS. Environmental health and safety liason. Manages student employment.

Ben Hatcher
Exhibitions Coordinator
Installation responsibilities for all of the department's art galleries.  Overall maintenance of the 80wse Gallery, Barney Building Galleries, and Washington Square and Broadway windows. Liaises with artists, curators, on installation techniques and fabrication.


Alex Jovanovich
Undergraduate Academic Advisor
Academic advisement for BFA, study abroad, and minors, as well as departmental recruitment and admission activities for the undergraduate program. Co-teaches the "New Student Seminar," designed to assist new students, both freshmen and transfers, in their transition to the university, to the Steinhardt School, the art department and New York City.

Vonetta Moses
Administrative Secretary
Classroom and Adjunct Support including Audio Visual Equipment (Campus Media requests), Book Requisitions, photocopies, supplies, and model requests. Requests for checks for: Petty Cash, honoraria, business payments. Adjunct appointment forms.

Manager, 80WSE Gallery
Administrative duties for the department's art gallery, including scheduling, condition reports, loan agreements, insurance, website administration, announcement design, and budget reporting; liaises with artists, curators, collectors, critics, and press.

Academic advisement, recruitment, and admission activities for MFA Studio Art program.

One-on-one graduate student advisement. Course scheduling, room requests, syllabus collection, course evaluations, and registration issues.
