Internships, Artist Resources, and Grants Administrator
Internship in Art Course: One-on-one Graduate and Undergraduate Student Advisement. Internship/Job Posting. Liaison with prospective internship sponsors and employers. Information on grants, awards and residencies as well as technical assistance for students and faculty including review of grant applications, research, and other forms of support.
Faculty appointments and ID cards, administrative technology, budgetary questions, building questions and problems, purchase approvals, general information, first aid.
Grading, class lists & current enrollment, emergency class cancellations, syllabi, course descriptions and evaluations, and technology support. Administrative support for Arts Professions.
Departmental recruitment and admission activities for the undergraduate program and academic advisement for BFA, study abroad, and minors. He co-teaches the "New Student Seminar," designed to assist new students, both freshmen and transfers, in their transition to the university, to the Steinhardt School, the art department and New York City.
Classroom and Adjunct Support including Audio Visual Equipment (Campus Media requests), Book Requisitions, photocopies, supplies, and model requests. Requests for checks for: Petty Cash, honoraria, business payments. Adjunct appointment forms.

Administrative duties for the Department's art gallery, including scheduling, condition reports, loan agreements, insurance, website administration, announcement design, and budget reporting; liaises with artists, curators, collectors, critics, and press agents; minor curatorial duties and art installation; works with students on the development of their thesis exhibitions and professional practices.
Graduate Art Professions Advisor
One-on-one Graduate and Undergraduate Student Advisement. Course scheduling, room requests, syllabus collection, course evaluations, and registration issues.

Installation duties for the Department's art galleries, including fabrication and exhibition design, hanging, lighting, packing, shipping, overall maintenance of the 80wse Gallery, Barney Building Galleries, and Washington Square and Broadway Windows. Liaises with artists, curators, on installation techniques, fabrication and minor curatorial duties.
