Department planning, calendar, student exhibition program in the Commons and Rosenberg Galleries, public events, student events, website, fundraising, internal communications, and external promotion. Adviser for all student clubs. Liaison with NYU Development, Public Affairs, and Marketing.
Administration, finance and budget questions, faculty appointments, administrative technology, purchase approvals, and honoraria requests.
Grading, class lists and current enrollment, emergency class cancellations, syllabi, course descriptions and evaluations. Administrative support for Arts Professions.
Studio Operations Administrator
Digital Labs Manager
Supervises all operations of digital and fabrication studios including scheduling, staffing, user assistance, software management, hardware integrity, and planning for future needs.
Classroom and adjunct support including audiovisual equipment (campus media requests), book requisitions, photocopies, supplies, and model requests. Requests for checks for: petty cash, honoraria, business payments. Adjunct appointment forms.
Internships and Graduate Professions Advisor
Academic advisement and information sessions for graduate professions programs. Internship advisement for BFA and MA students.
Manager, 80WSE Gallery
Administrative duties for the department's art gallery, including scheduling, condition reports, loan agreements, insurance, website administration, announcement design, and budget reporting; liaises with artists, curators, collectors, critics, and press.

Academic advisement, recruitment, and admission activities for MFA Studio Art program.
Administrator for Grants, Resources, & Community/Development Projects
Supporting Faculty and Students in their pursuit for grants and opportunties as well as researching and initiating funding opportunites for the Department at large.
Senior Advisement and Academic Affairs Administrator
Direct graduate and undergraduate academic and curriculum initiatives, including new program development and academic policies. Course planning process and schedule. Supervises and provide support for Internship Coordinator & Graduate Professions Advisor.
Sculpture Shop Administrator
Manages the day-to-day operations of the sculpture shops for wood, plaster, and metals.
Manager, Darkroom and Photo Cage
Manages the day-to-day operations of the photo lab for color and black and white.
Undergraduate Academic Advisor
Academic advisement for BFA, study abroad, and minors, as well as departmental recruitment and admission activities for the undergraduate program. Co-teaches the New Student Seminar, designed to assist new students, both freshmen and transfers, in their transition to the university, the Steinhardt School, the art department ,and New York City.
