Applicants to the MA Program in Costume Studies and the Dual Degree Program in Costume Studies and Library Science come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
The Costume Studies program prepares students for careers as curators, museum administrators, collection managers, and exhibition consultants; as specialists at auction houses and private dealers; as archivists and historical researchers; or as educators, writers, journalists, and critics.
The dual degree program may appeal to applicants interested in information science, digital humanities, and data archiving.
Admission is for the fall semester only.
Students may participate in the program on a full- or part-time basis.
