How do I withdraw from a class?
A student who for any reason finds it impossible to complete a course for which he or she has registered, should file a completed Change of Program Form with the Registrar and Bursar's Office. Course dropped during the first three weeks will not appear on the transcript. Courses dropped from the beginning of the third week through the ninth week will receive a "W" grade. Students may not drop a course after the ninth week.
-
How do I drop or add a class after the registration period has ended?
Students must submit a Program Change Form, with advisor approval, to drop, add, or exchange courses. Students are allowed to add a course only up through the second week of the semester. Students wishing to add a course after that time must also have the instructor's permission. Students are allowed to drop a class up through the third week of the semester without a "W" being posted on their transcript. After the official registration period has ended, an advisor's signature is required. The Office of Registration Services must co-sign all Program Change Forms after the first week of the semester.

Albert says I need an access code. What do I do?
Access codes are required for certain restricted courses. You may request an access code from your advisor.
-
Albert will not let me register. Why do I have a block on my account?
There are several reasons you may be blocked from registration. Every semester, your advisor must clear you for registration. Additionally, you may not have any outstanding debts to the university. If this is not the problem, it might be that your immunization forms have not been submitted. You will either have to submit documentation proving that you have been immunized, or receive the proper immunizations from the health center.
