This project is a longitudinal developmental study of risk and resiliencies in a sample of 18 year old gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (MSM) focusing on sexual behavior, substance use, HIV risk factors and mental health.  Starting at the age of 18 years old participants will visit the research center every six months for the next three years completing assessments that will further our understanding of the developmental pathways and potential influence of syndemic factors in the life of these young MSM.
