Robert Moeller, Ph.D., Ed.M. Dr. Moeller serves as the Project Director for Project 18, and has previously served as a Project Director for Project MASC (Methamphetamine and Social Cognition), and Project Desire.  Dr. Moeller received his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from New York University, his Masters of Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and his Bachelors of Science in Human Development from Cornell University.
