School Assignments for All Tutors
School assignments for the 2012-2013 school year are now posted for all tutors. Please follow the directions below to access your assignment.
Instructions for Accessing Your Assignment: Click on the "Tutor Assignments" link above, and enter your user name and password to get access to your school assignment. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to look up your assignment by last name. If you do not enter your username and password first, you will not be able to see your assignment!

Print out the Teacher
Letter and a Work
Schedule (or take the copies from your orientation folder or obtain copies
from the mailbox at
DO NOT call to make an appointment. You will be paid for the time that you spend at the school as you arrange your placement.
The Principal or the America Reads Coordinator will assign you to a teacher.
Work out a mutually agreeable work schedule with your teacher, have both your
teacher and the principal sign it and submit it to the America Reads/America
Counts mailbox in the lobby of
Your assignment is based on your assurance to us that you qualify for Federal Work Study this semester. If you do not qualify for Federal Work Study, you may not work in this program and may not accept an assignment. You will not be paid for any work that you do in this program.
No timesheets will be processed unless you have submitted your
signed work schedule.
Your America Reads/America Counts school assignment is listed under the first letter of your last name.
You must enter your username and password by clicking on "Tutor Assignments"above before you click on a letter below. If you don't, the link will not work!
