Fiscal Operations & Reporting and AnalysisFinancial Planning & Operations is divided into the following areas:
Fiscal Operations is responsible for oversight of payroll operations and most OTPS processing as well as all IDA and special fund processing and tracking.
Reporting & Analysis
Reporting & Analysis provides post-award administrative support for grant funded projects, including account setup, reporting, training, as well as general problem solving.
We also assist with budget preparation and forecasting. This includes regular analysis and reporting on budget variances, preparation and tracking of budget modifications, and special project analysis.
