If the amount exceeds $1,000, please submit a purchase requisition along with the proposal obtained, and Purchasing will issue a purchase order.(close)
Purchasing Services: To order a print job, costing more than $1,000, it is necessary to submit a purchase requisition via the e-Req system, containing or attaching the job's requirements. You do not have to obtain price quotations; Purchasing Services will obtain price quotes from several of the contract firms and issue a purchase order to the most responsive. If you obtain comparative price quotes yourself, the price quotes must be scanned and attached to the purchase requisition to avoid a duplication of effort. Please remember that these are the only firms you may choose from for most printed materials.
